Delivery & Returns Policy

Product Delivery

Delivery next working day, same working day, or on a specific day within the next 12 months.

Next working day delivery for online orders placed Monday – Friday before 8:30pm and 15.00pm. Excludes specially manufactured products. We will aim to deliver your order between 9.00am and 5.00pm the next working day.*

Same day courier, Courier delivery services for those emergencies (may not be available in some locations) this service is only available over the phone; Please call 01933 449 444 to arrange.
Any dates for delivery mentioned in any oral or written quotation acceptance or confirmation of order specification or elsewhere are given and intended as an estimate only and time is not of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense howsoever arising from any delay in delivery.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer at the place nominated by the Buyer.

The Seller reserves the right to make partial deliveries in the event that not all the Goods are immediately available and to invoice separately for any such partial deliveries and it is agreed that in the event of the breach by the Seller in relation to any partial delivery that breach shall be treated as subject to the terms of this contract and as having effect in relation to that partial delivery only.

In the event of the Buyer returning or failing to accept any delivery of the Goods in accordance with the Contract, the Seller shall be entitled at its option either to deliver and invoice the Buyer for the balance of the Goods then remaining undelivered, or to suspend or cancel further deliveries under the contract. The Seller shall be so entitled to store at the risk of the Buyer any Goods which the Buyer refuses or fails to accept and the Buyer shall in addition to the invoice price pay all costs of such storage and any additional costs carriage and loss incurred as a result of such refusal or failure.

*Timed delivery applies to stocked products only, is available to PTA UK Ltd Account Holders and excludes bespoke manufactured products.


Product Returns

At PTA UK Ltd we want you to be entirely happy and satisfied with everything you purchase from us. That’s why we offer our returns guarantee.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 7 days of receiving your products, we are more than happy to arrange the collection in line with our terms and conditions. Please note that any product returned for reasons of ‘Customer Error’ will incur a processing charge of 20%.*

What do I need to do?
Before returning any products to us, please contact us first with your company details and reasons for wanting to make a return. You will need to obtain a returns reference number in order to complete your return.

To contact us either call 01933 449 444 or email us on to discuss your eligibility for a product return, the options available to you and how to proceed with completion of your return.

All items should be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition to obtain a full refund. We reserve the right to charge for re-packaging where applicable.

If you are returning a product(s) that you ordered in error, you can return this immediately to the address below (you need to pre-pay postage and a processing charge will apply).

If the product is faulty, we will arrange collection once the returns form has been processed, and no processing charge will be payable. We will arrange for the goods to come back to us for repair or offer a replacement if a repair will not be possible.

If the product has been damaged in transit, Should you receive any parcel from us that contains damaged goods this should be notified to us as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days from the date of delivery, we will then arrange for collection and replacement. If you have used a damaged item, it has been deemed as acceptable by yourself – you will only be entitled to a repair and not a replacement. Please provide us with details of any damage where we will get back to you and arrange for the goods to come back for repair.

If you have received an incorrect item, should the contents of your delivery differ from what you were expecting/what appears on your invoice, please contact us stating the item you should have received and which item you actually received. We will investigate and get back to you with a returns number and advise re collection.

If I am missing items from my order, Should any consignment be sent to you incomplete please contact us within 7 working days of the delivery date who will be pleased to investigate this for you and to arrange for the completion of your order.

Please make sure the items are replaced in their original packaging, packed securely and clearly labelled. Please ensure the returns number is clearly visible on the outside of your packaging and clearly marked with the below returns address.
